This is a general-purpose draft covering how souksafar actually operates today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — have one review it before treating it as your final, binding terms.
By creating an account or otherwise using souksafar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
souksafar is a marketplace that lets travelers discover, compare, and request quotes from independent, third-party travel agencies for trips, visas, cruises, and adventures. souksafar itself is not a travel agency, tour operator, or visa processor.
Agencies listed on souksafar are independent businesses responsible for their own trips, pricing, availability, and customer service. A "Verified" badge means we reviewed the agency's business documents — it is not a guarantee of the quality, safety, or outcome of any specific trip or booking.
Travelers create an account with a phone number and password, verified once by a one-time code at sign-up. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Agency and staff accounts are set up directly by the souksafar team as part of onboarding an agency onto the platform.
Submitting a reservation request through souksafar sends your trip details to an agency so they can respond with a quote — it is not a confirmed booking, and no payment is collected by souksafar at this step.
Any booking, itinerary confirmation, pricing agreement, and payment happens directly between you and the agency, outside of souksafar. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for an agency's pricing, cancellations, refunds, or service quality.
Don't use souksafar to submit false information, harass agencies or other users, attempt to bypass account security, or scrape/misuse the platform's data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The souksafar name, logo, and platform are our property. Agency content (descriptions, photos, pricing) belongs to the respective agency.
souksafar is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, or from your dealings with any agency listed on it.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
